2011 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 in Black, with a transferrable warranty to the new owner that runs through 4/2016 through the Kawasaki Good Times Protection Plan (GTPP), you can check out the Kawasaki site or as me for more details. Adult ridden, never abused, all service record available from my local dealership. Comes with all factory parts plus black color match ermax grab rail deletes, black Puig windshield and black screws, Keiti mini spools, vented bike cover, trackside front and rear stand, and tank sticker. Nothing else was modified or changed on this bike minus those few changes. Great bike, in great condition. I removed the red ninja sticker and 1000 sticker and replaced the ninja sticker with the 2012 grey ninja sticker, did not replace the red 1000 sticker. Ninja is always garage kept. AMA Pro Racing Announces Basic Twins Flat Track Class for 2014 Season
Fri, 12 Apr 2013AMA Pro Racing announced a new class for Flat Track racing designed to provide a new stepping stone for up-and-coming Pro-licensed racers, replacing the Pro Singles class in 2014. The new class, to be called Basic Twins, is more or less a revival of the Basic Expert Twins division that ran during the 2007 and 2008 seasons, but dropped when the Pro Singles class was introduced for 2009. The new class will give young racers a chance to showcase their skills on Twins, easing their transition to eventually enter the Grand National Expert Twins class.
WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
