(The old school ZX6R) This bike has plenty of power yet the comfort of a standard riding position. If you want to hit the canyons or commute this is the bike. You sit in a slightly bent position so it is not hard on your wrist. Tires are almost new. Two bros exhaust sounds good and loud enough to get drivers attention. AMA Supercross: 2012 Indianapolis Results
Mon, 19 Mar 2012Six more rounds remain in the 2012 AMA Supercross season and the championship is more or less decided. The first third of the season was a thrilling four-man fight for the title. The middle of the season saw contenders drop like flies and now, what looked to be a dramatic battle for the title is shaping up to be a second consecutive AMA Supercross Championship for Ryan Villopoto.
Steam Punk Bike
Wed, 19 Jan 2011This steam-punk inspired bike is the work of LA based sculptor and, er, free thinker, Baron Margo. From what we can work out is uses an early eighties air-cooled Z1000 Kawasaki as a base and is cloaked in this hand beaten alloy and copper bodywork. Can’t imagine it’s much fun in a cross wind, though.
WSBK 2013: Donington Park Race Report
Mon, 27 May 2013Tom Sykes had an outstanding weekend in front of his home fans, scoring a pair of wins at the World Superbike Championship round at the United Kingdom’s Donington Park. The Kawasaki racer led every session from first qualifying onwards, before leading all 23 laps in both races for the double. The double victory brings Sykes to within 4 points of series leader Sylvain Guintoli who had a decent weekend himself with a pair of podium finishes.
