Kawasaki Ninja description
2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, I am the original owner of this awesome sport bike. I purchased it brand new from a dealer in May of 2008. The bike currently has 10,300+ miles on it and almost all of them were on the highway. I purchased it when I was 28 and now at the age of 33 I have a baby daughter and sadly I must sell it. It has after market fairings on it right now that match the original paint from Kawasaki, in fact they look just like the factory fairings. Additionally, I have the original plastics to go with the bike and that is included in the price. All of the plastics are in great shape. I had a motion sensitive alarm with paging system installed that includes an ignition kill switch. The alarm is motion sensitive and will page you up to two miles away and glows blue at night and is visible on the handlebar providing theft deterrence. New rubbers put on only 1,000 miles ago. I have maintained all service records and paper work and they will go with the bike. Great sport bike with absolutely no mechanical problems. Clean title of course. $5,699.00 2107870923

2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Review – First Ride
Mon, 18 Dec 2023A winning formula gets even more… winning-er Photos: Kevin Wing Kawasaki’s media guy Brad Puetz (pronounced like the actor, though this Brad is not nearly as good looking or famous) said something that stuck with me. “Between the Versys 650 and this, these are the two bikes journalists tend to buy most from us.” As a previous Versys 650 owner – purchased from MO’s former Editorial Director Sean Alexander, and then passed down after me to another former MO staffer Tom Roderick, we can certainly attest to the first part. 2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Kawasaki has an unexpected success with the KLX300 and KLX300SM, so instead of massive changes for what's essentially an entry-level motorcycle, Kawasaki decided to make it look better.
Church of MO: 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6
Sun, 15 May 2022Twenty-five years ago, the 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6 had not yet grown an “R.” It came with a centerstand, dual exhausts, and weighed 430 pounds full of 4.8 gallons of unleaded fuel. The leaded stuff hadn’t been phased out until one year earlier, which may explain a lot about the mental condition of many of us Boomers. It was a great, inexpensive, do-anything motorcycle in other words.
Kawasaki Z1R.
Thu, 09 Dec 2010These two beautiful Z1R Kawasakis appeared at the annual Mooneyes Yokohama Custom show last weekend. With one sporting a street/strip look (spot the belly-scraping ride height and rigid rear struts) and the other undergoing a sort of modernisation, they both reminded me just how handsome and unique the original slab-sided Z1R was. Judging by some of the other wild and weird exhibits I made a mental note to myself: must make sure I'm in Japan this time next year.
