2007 Kawasaki Ninja 650r for sale, $3250 (price can be negotiated via message if seriously interested)

Lots of upgrades to the bike: LED smoke signals all around, fender eliminator, Cramp Buster, full HID headlights, Arrow slip-on exhaust, customized driver/passenger footpegs and clutch/brake levers, aftermarket bar/bar ends/grips, upgraded mirrors with integrated LED signals. Also will include a rear tire stand in the sale and a size large Speed and Strength Top Dead Center jacket in blue. 

No mechanical issues and has a clean title. Front tire has a lot of life left, and rear tire still has about half tread. Will need bike has about 24,800 miles on it, can get exact miles if interested. The bike does have some scratches to the left side front fairing, see pictures for exact amount. Bike runs, drives, and shifts great! Has been taken care of (adult driven) and never abused.

Do not want to get rid of this bike but I don't have a choice due to a back surgery, MUST SELL.

Bike will be sold as is with no warranty. Buyer is responsible for pick-up or shipping once full payment is received, with one exception: I am able/willing to deliver the bike if buyer is within 50 miles of Eau Claire, WI. No sales outside the continental United States please, as shipping can become a hassle.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.

Michael Dunlop led from start to finish to win the second Supersport TT race, giving him 10 TT victories in his career, tying him with the likes of Giacomo Agostini. Dunlop also joins sidecar racer Robert Fisher, Ian Lougher and Stanley Woods with 10 wins apiece, all tied for seventh overall on the all-time wins list. Riding his MD Racing Honda CBR600RR, Dunlop got off to a strong start, recording a time of 17:55.817 on the opening lap, giving him a 4.6-second advantage over fellow Honda rider Bruce Anstey.

Kawasaki reported a net profit of 33.7 billion yen (US$441.9 million) for the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2011, but its motorcycle and engine division continues to operate at a loss. The motorcycle and engine division, which also includes ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft and power products, operated at a loss of 4.58 billion yen (US$60.1 million) over the first three quarters of Kawasaki‘s 2011-2012 fiscal year, including a loss of 2.2 billion yen (US$28.9 million) in the third quarter alone.
