Up for sale is an 06 Kawasaki Ninja 250 with a little over 7k miles on it. I became the 3rd owner of this bike after purchasing it October 2012. The cycle is in very good condition both mechanically and structurally. Motor runs great and shifts through all 6 gears with no issues. This bike could be great for a beginner or someone who is looking for a light bike that is fun to ride. Also has great fuel economy (65+ mpg). Only issues are- left driver foot peg was damaged (bike tipped over in my driveway) only peg was damaged. Brakes may need to be replaced in the near future. This ninja has Pirelli sport demon tires. 2013 AMA Supercross San Diego Race Report
Mon, 11 Feb 2013Davi Millsaps captured his second main event win of the season and expanded his AMA Supercross championship lead to 19 points with a wire-to-wire victory at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego. The Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider jumped ahead at the start for the holeshot and held that lead for the entire 20-lap race for the win. Finishing 2.386 seconds back was Team Honda Muscle Milk‘s Justin Barcia while Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey finished 10.300 seconds back for third place.

The win strengthens Villopoto’s hold on the points lead as the Kawasaki rider seeks his fourth-consecutive championship. Villopoto took the holeshot in the Houston main event and never looked back, leading all 20 laps for the win.
2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R Homologated for AMA Pro Racing Despite 636cc Displacement
Wed, 06 Mar 2013The 2013 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R has been homologated for AMA Pro Racing, making it eligible for the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes for 2013. The news comes as a bit of a surprise as those classes typically consist of Inline Four racebikes with a displacement smaller than 600cc. The new Ninja ZX-6R immediately carries a displacement advantage over its I-4 competition in the class such as the Honda CBR600R, Suzuki GSX-R600 and Yamaha YZF-R6.
