2006 Kawasaki Zx6r 636 on 2040-motos
Kawasaki Ninja tech info
Kawasaki Ninja description
For sale is a 2006
I purchased it in 2008 and I have a clear title, in-hand. The bike is in great condition with no mechanical problems. Tires are original size Continental Attack and have good tread. There is no rust or unusual wear that I can find. I believe the seats are stock, but are the most comfortable sport bike seats I’ve been on. A new Everstart battery was installed this season.
The following mods are on the bike:
· Power Commander PCIII programmer (with the recommended tune for a yoshi Pipe and K&N filter)
· Yoshimura Stainless Steel Slip on (Custom shortened so that it doesn’t stick out past the tail section. Its slightly louder than full length but much better looking).
· Gear position indicator by heal-tech.
· K&N Filter.
· Zero-G Smoked windscreen.
· Ketti carbon fiber look tank protector.
· Carbon fiber side panels, between the lower fairing and the tank, are aftermarket and real CF.
· Carbon fiber heel Guards.
· Rear amber/red LED tail light integrates turn signals. stock turn signals removed.
· Custom under seat tag mounting with LED lights.
· Front turn signals have been replaced with flush mounts.
· Headlights are both Silvaia Silver-star (huge improvement over standard).
· Pazzo Gold adjustable levers.
· Driven diamond grips, glued and safety wired. (much better grip over stock).
· Rear black nylon sliders/spools that also allow lifting the bike.
· Black nylon frame sliders.
· Gauge cluster LEDs replaced with cool-white and red tach and blue speedo (See pics, this looks way better than stock).
· Front shocks were professionally revalved for a 180 lb rider (per the previous owner).
· Ride height has been adjusted to be slightly lower than stock, I believe. I’m 5-10 and my feet are flat on the ground when seated.
· Color matched passenger seat cowl (Stock passenger seat included)
I am selling because I don’t ride much anymore. I believe the bike is in great condition cosmetically and mechanically, though I would recommend you have a professional give it a once over, just to be safe.
Payment is to be by cash or cashier’s check (No Money orders
or personal checks) with a Pay-Pal down payment. Pickup near
This is a beautiful bike that gets comments everywhere I ride! You will be proud to own it!

2013 AMA Supercross Houston Race Report
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Ryan Villopoto captured his fifth-consecutive AMA Supercross win and sixth in seven rounds with a victory in the main event at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider passed holeshot-taker Mike Alessi on the opening lap and led the rest of the way for the win. Alessi, riding the Motoconcepts Racing Suzuki RM-Z450, remained in the hunt for the first few laps but soon gave way to a group including Team Honda Muscle Milk’s Trey Canard, Red Bull KTM‘s Ryan Dungey and Yoshimura Suzuki’s James Stewart.
Snowjob
Sun, 05 Feb 2012Is the current weather causing your commute a bit of problem? Sounds like a job for the Snowjob. Pictured here using a Kawasaki, the Snowjob conversion system turns your motorcycle into a jumping, wheelieing snowcycle in less than four hours. Derek Hine designed the Snowjob back in '73, but it looks like it could be just as handy today.
