Not many of these around so Hurry! - Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., (KMC) unveiled the future of its sportbike DNA in the form of the all-new 2004 NINJA ZX-10R motorcycle, serving notice to Superbike racers and sportbike enthusiasts that Kawasaki is committed to its heritage of building uncompromising, high-performance motorcycles. The NINJA ZX-10R puts Kawasaki at the front of sportbike design and performance. From the overall shape to the smallest detail, the ZX-10R combines high technology with the latest innovations, including a new, high-output engine, ultra-narrow aluminum frame, ergonomic design and compact bodywork with a frontal area smaller than those of most 600cc sportbikes. Tom Orbe, vice president of marketing at KMC, said the ZX-10R is a sportbike worthy of Kawasakis image – and it sends a clear message to the motorcycling world that the green brand is pulling out all the stops to be number one on the race track. The NINJA ZX-10R is designed to have the best power-to-weight ratio and best handling on the track, said Orbe. 2011 Isle of Man TT Recap
Fri, 10 Jun 2011The Isle of Man TT usually provides a lot of drama, and this year’s event was no different. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.

Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes
Mon, 06 May 2013This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.
