This is a completely restored 1977 KZ900. This was the last year for the KZ900, and they were only produced for a few months in 1977.
This bike is fully restored and ready to ride. Although its not all stock, it has a certain appeal, done up the way i would have done in 1977. It has a complete engine rebuild, carbs are re-done, new wiring harness, new sprockets and chain, Dyna S electronic ignition (eliminates the old points ignition), Kerker Exhaust, Custom gold handlebars, new guages, new ignition, new fairing, new stainless steel chain guard...many many new parts. This may not be all stock original, but if you just want a solid, reliable KZ900 to ride, this is the bike. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. |

Wed, 21 Sep 2011Kawasaki has released another teaser for its upcoming revised ZX-14, now dubbed ZX-14R. In the first video, a couple of numbers are cryptically displayed: 84 x 65mm. This is a thinly veiled reference to its bore and stroke dimensions, indicating the biggest Ninja received a 4mm stroke elongation, which would bump the bike’s displacement from 1352cc to 1441cc.

Tue, 09 Mar 2010Focused Events Rider Development Days at Silverstone offer a new, intense tuition-based experience on a selection of new Supersport machines, hosted by high-level instructors including Niall Mackenzie, Jamie Whitham and Steve Plater.The courses will be situated at Stowe circuit, Silverstone and will be aimed at Novice and Intermediate riders. Dates for the events have been confirmed as 14th May and 2nd September.Pupils will not only be taught by World class instructors, the machinery available for use will be high-end Supersport machines from Ducati, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha. As part of the Breaking Boundaries Build-Off program, the evergreen brand offered him and five other designers to try their hand at tuning the Vulcan S. Without hesitation, Bassett cut the rear fender, installed a new seat, a long shock absorber and wheels.
