UP FOR SALE IS 1974 KAWASAKI KZ400 IS A 1 OWNER BIKE HAS CLEAR PA TITLE..HAS 8K ORIGINAL MILES..COMES WITH THE SHOP MANUAL..BIKE HAS VERY LITTLE RUST TO JUST THE SWING ARM..SEAT IS PERFECT CONDITION, PAINT IS GOOD, SIDE COVERS HAVE NO CRACKS..BIKE HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT..I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE BIKE FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHO TOLD ME THAT IN 1995 HE HAD TO REPLACE THE INTAKE RUBBER MOUNTS AND BROKE ONE OFF, SO HE DRILLED AND THREADED NEW HOLE AND REPLACED THE BOLT THEN FOR EXTRA SUPPORT HE JB WELDED THE BOOT TO MOTOR, AND ROAD IT TILL 1998 AND HAS BEEN SITTING EVER SINCE. I HAVE CHANGED THE OIL,PUT NEW BATTERY IN AND CLEANED THE CARBS. Sykes Staying with Kawasaki Through 2016 WSBK Season
Tue, 19 Aug 2014Reigning World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes has signed a contract extension with Kawasaki to see him continue to ride for Team Green through the 2016 season. Sykes, who currently holds a 44-point lead over Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli with three rounds remaining in the season, has been with Kawasaki since 2010. Since hopping on board the Ninja ZX-10R superbike, Sykes has won 22 WSBK races and holds a record for 23 Superpoles in the current qualifying format.
Kawasaki May Soon Reveal Naked Ninja 250 for Asia
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Kawasaki will unveil a new naked version of the Ninja 250 this month, reports TMCBlog.com. The Malaysian Indonesian blog first published a sketch back in October of a new motorcycle believed to be a new model based on the Ninjette to be called either the ER250 or the Z250. TMCBlog.com now reports Kawasaki will be announced before the end of January, quoting Freddyanto Basuki, marketing manager of Kawasaki Motor Indonesia.
