Kawasaki KXF description

This is a used 09 KX250F Monster Energy Edition motocross bike. I am the second owner of the bike, but I do have the title and original owner's manual, as well as a full black plastic set (monster energy edition was originally all black) which will be included.

The engine on this bike has been rebuilt with new OEM piston, rings, cam chain, valves, and springs. The valve seats were cut and the valves were installed by MXTime inc. This engine has zero hours on it since the rebuild. I have all receipts and the old parts that came out of the engine so that you can see what shape they were in.There are over $900 worth of brand new parts on this bike!

The reason for the rebuild was that the first owner took the bike to a dealer for service and they told him that it needed a top end and new valves. He got scared and sold it to me cheap with the list of parts that the dealer recommended. I purchased all of these parts to rebuild the engine and found that the old parts were not that bad, but replaced them anyways since I already had the new parts.

The suspension has been serviced and revalved by Shockaholic and the brake pads are new. The chain and sprockets are in very good shape, as well as the tires. I pulled the silencer apart to repack it and the original packing was still in great shape. I pulled the clutch out to look it over and all of these components were in great shape as well. All of the bearings are tight and smooth, and there are no missing or loose spokes. You really must see this bike to appreciate it!

The bike is located in Camillus NY. Any questions feel free to message me and I can send you my phone number if you would like to talk. This bike is also listed locally.

Local pick up only.

Lady Moto Gymkhana: ‘You Ride Like A Girl’ – Video

Thu, 22 Mar 2012

A time-tested putdown among boys and adult males is the “You throw like a girl” insult meant to highlight the targeted male’s inability to throw some object with the appropriate force needed to get the object moving and continuing along the correct trajectory. In other words, as the male of your species you should posses the innate ability to throw a ball, but instead you lob it overhand like a female that’s never thrown a pitch or a pass in her life. Of course, the action verb throw is replaceable with just about any action the insulter wishes.

WSBK 2012: Assen Results

Mon, 23 Apr 2012

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. We all like to save a shilling if we can, especially these days, but sometimes, doing a job yourself, cutting corners and generally grubbing round being tight fisted actually ends up costing you more money than biting the bullet and putting your hand a bit deeper into your pocket to get a proper job done. The problem is, I come from a long line of, erm, frugal Yorkshire b####rds going back generations, and I seem to be hardwired as a bit of a skinflint. My dad, although never actually short of money, that I could remember, didn’t like spending it.
