What I am selling is a used 2001 Kawasaki KX500. This bike just had the engine professionally done at a local shop by a certified technician, it has less than 10 hours on it. All the plastic is new UFO except for the tank, radiators are also new. Renthal bars, ASV folding levers, V-Force 3 reeds valve system, FMF Gnarly pipe and Power Core silencer. Tires are about 80% and the chain and sprocket were replaced at the time of the rebuild. EnduroCross Announces Rookies Class Instruction With Destry Abbott
Thu, 15 May 2014Three rounds of the 2014 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship will feature a special rookies class led by none other than Destry Abbott. These one-hour, on-track instructional sessions will take place on the Friday nights before the Sacramento, Atlanta and Salt Lake City events. So the first one is scheduled for Friday, June 20th prior to the Sacramento event.

Mon, 17 Mar 2014Yoshimura Suzuki‘s James Stewart captured his third win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season and 48th 450 class victory of his career, tying him with Ricky Carmichael for second on the all-time win list behind Jeremy McGrath‘s 72. Racing before a crowd of 50,856 fans at Ford Field in Detroit, Stewart took the lead from holeshot-taker Cole Seely shortly before the end of the second lap and led the rest of the 20-lap race for the win. Stewart led by as much as 7.1 second but eased off at the end, crossing the finish less than two seconds ahead of Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto.

Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
