Almost everything is original on it except: ProTaper billet top triple clamp with adjustable handlebar clamps (original OEM triple clamp included), Factory 909 aluminum handlebars, and a new Uni-Filter dual stage air cleaner element.

    This is a very well taken care of 2003 Kx85 set up as a supermini. It is a very fast bike and as competitive as any 125 2-stroke. The bike has a 2mm overbore and Wiseco pistons, a Hot Rod stroker crank, a Boysen high flow water pump, a heavy duty clutch with springs, an adjustable Outlaw top triple clamp, FMF Gold Series pipe and Shorty exhaust, black Pro Wheel 19in front 16in rear supermini size rims, Fly racing fat bars, CV4 high pressure radiator cap, EBC brakes, NGK sparkplug, Klotz air filter, and Kenda Washugal stickies in good condition. Unfortunately the last time it was road, the bike was running when I shut it off but I believe the lower rod bearing went out of it and might also need a piston.

Traction control and updated instruments expected The California Air Resources Board has issued an executive order for what we expect to be an updated Kawasaki Z650RS for the 2024 model year. The update is expected to be relatively minor, adding traction control to the Z650RS. The update would bring the retro RS model in line with the more modern-styled Z650 and the Ninja 650, both of which were updated with traction control for 2023, as well as the Versys 650 which received traction control in 2022.
