Up for sale is my 2003 Kawasaki KX 60 dirt bike. This KX 60 is in like new condition. I purchased this dirt bike brand new in 2011 for my wife. She rode the bike around our back yard a few times in preparation in thinking she was going to learn how to ride a street bike and get her motorcycle M class license. After seeing that learning to ride was a little more difficult than riding a bicycle, she was no longer interested in learning to ride. After this, my son learned how to ride and is now 15 years old and has out grown this awesome little dirt bike.
As you can see by the photos, the bike is in incredible condition. Maintenance and oil changes have been completed every spring, even though the bike has been ridden very little. You will not be disappointed with this motorcycle. Bike runs as new, and starts on 1st or 2nd kick every time. This bike would make someone VERY happy as a Christmas present, I promise you that! As my son has out grown this beautiful little machine, it is now just sitting in the garage and taking up space. We are hoping that someone else can use and love this machine as much as we have, and have as much fun as we have had with it. If you live in the area, you are welcome to come and look at the bike anytime. I will not ship the bike, but will be happy to assist with shipping arrangements made by and paid for by the buyer. Please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding. There is one small scratch on the rear fender as you can see in the photo. I also have a brand new, still in the packages, full set of plastics (front fender, rear fender, side plates, radiator shroud and new stickers) for the bike at an additional cost, if you are interested. Kawasaki Recalls Concours 14 for Rear Brake Problem A Previous Recall Failed to Fix
Fri, 27 Jul 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for the Concours 14 for a rear brake pedal issue the company had previously tried to fix in 2008. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, road debris can get trapped between the brake pedal and a pedal guard, causing slight pressure on the rear brakes. The rear brake drag can cause the brakes to overheat, potentially leading to brake damage, a rear brake lockup or failure of the rear brakes.
2014 Kawasaki Estrella Retro-Styled 250 Announced for Japan

The Estrella has been around since 1992 but apart from a few years of European availability in the late ’90s, has mostly been confined to Kawasaki’s home market. Updated for 2014 with a new seat and color options, the Estrella remains powered by an air-cooled 249cc Single.
