We have taken a 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT and turned it into an adventure style bike, ready to go anywhere!! This bike started off as more of the sport touring, but with many upgrades make it much more versatile. The obvious being the Continental TKC80 knobby tires giving more options to just paved roads. Traction control will help keep things under control on the dirt and gravel roads while still handling great on pavement. Other additions to the bike include SW-Motech skid plate, crash bars and Trax Evo aluminum side cases with Quick-lock side carrier mounting, MRA Vario Touring smoked adjustable wind screen, R&G Racing radiator screen. Garmin Montana 610 Navigator and Two Brothers Racing S1R Carbon Slip-on exhaust. Even with all the accessories this bike this bike comes in with a smaller price tag than a comparable KTM or BMW adventure bike with just as much fun to be had! Recall for 2009-2010 Kawasaki KLX250

Kawasaki is recalling some 2009-2010 KLX250 models due to a risk of leaky fuel tanks. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the fuel tank on affected motorcycles may not be in contact with the frame-mounted rubber dampers designed to support the front of the tank, and the tank side mounting tabs may have excessive clearance from from the frame. As a result, spot-welded sections along the side tabs may be under excessive stress, potentially resulting in cracking and a fuel leak.
