2013 Kawasaki Z800 Announced but US Availability Unlikely

Kawasaki announced it will produce a new mid-sized naked streetfigther: the Z800. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look likely the Z800 will be imported to the U.S., but we’ll have to wait for an official word from Kawasaki. The 2013 Kawasaki Z800 is powered by an 806cc inline-four engine with styling inspired by its larger sibling, the Z1000.

Roger Hayden to miss Daytona 200

Roger Hayden will not compete in the 2009 Daytona 200 after being granted a leave of absence by the Monster Energy Kawasaki race team. For the U.S., the third-generation KLR650 was available in a few different flavors, the base model, the Traveler model with a top case and the Adventure model with side cases, auxiliary lighting and engine guards, not to mention ABS versions of the base and Adventure models. Kawasaki Australia offered two versions for 2022, the KLR650 (model code KL650F) and the KLR650 Adventure (model code KL650H).
