Kawasaki KLX description

Only 341.original miles, Excellent condition, DG Wxhaust Tip.  From sitting, bike needs a battery and carb cleaning or rebuild.  I have a rebuild kit that I will I'll include (planned on doing it - but don't have time). Bike runs as seen in video but doesn't hold idle and jumped with battery charger as battery is dead.  Fun bike,  Should be fairly easy and inexpensive to get this running correctly and someone will have a great on/off rode bike. 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall

Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick.
