Kawasaki KLR description

In great condition with a few scratches here and there, 15k miles and counting. Bike does not sit for long periods of time, it is ridden almost daily as a commuter and every chance I get is taken off road. Bike is mostly stock with the exception of a few bolt on items listed below. Engine is untouched but carb has been re jetted along with an after marked foam filter and slip on muffler. KLR's in the past have been known to shell the cam chain tensioner but the issue has since been taken care of with stronger parts. I however, have bought the part (Doohickey) and is still brand new in its package and will come with bike. Oil changes have all been with Rotella T and either Highflo FIltro (123) filters or K&N and at 2000-2500 mile intervals. Or after an "intense" off road or long highway trip.

As mentioned, bike runs great and I do not expect it to not run great for quite a while. These bikes just last. To add detail to the scratches, it has been low sided at low speed on a dirt road and is where the scratches on the right side front fairing (pictured) are from. The rear brake lever was bent in that fall as well and still works fine after being bent back into shape. The rest of any scratches would be from falls or drops while off road and rear side panels marred up from factory saddle bags being mounted.

Bikes Bolt ons/ Extras:

Acerbis front fender, Progressive fork springs, Top Gun rear spring (300lb), Dash Kit with Zero Gravity Double Bubble wind screen, Pro Taper bars, bar risers, Trackside hand guards, aluminum skid plate, aluminum rear master cylinder guard, KLX jet kit, UNI air filter, LEXX slip on, 14 tooth front sprocket (for off road), factory tank bag, factory saddle bags (missing a replaceable clip), fairly new tires front and back (still riding on them)

Drift Camera HD170 review

Fri, 11 Mar 2011

I’ve been testing this Drift 170 camera for the past few days. I also took it on the recent Portimao Maxxis tyre launch where I managed to sneak it onto Gary Mason’s Kawasaki Superbike. We’ve been using the GoPro HD set-up for over a year now with mixed results.

From an EnduroCross press release: Factory Beta and Stillwell Performance-backed Cody Webb took a decisive win tonight in Salt Lake City’s inaugural AMA GEICO EnduroCross event. The win was Webb’s second after taking the first round victory in Las Vegas and puts him and his Beta two-stroke 300 into the points lead. The race fans in attendance at the Energy Solutions Arena saw a night go almost perfectly for GEICO-supported Webb.
