Looks good from a distance but up close you can see its not a professional paint job and has flaws. the left side tank fairing is cracked, the side fairing plastic, not the tank itself. blinkers need to be connected (one bad connection) no gauges or handle bar pad Chain is a bit rusty from sitting but still does the job sold with brand new carbon fiber hand guards (not pictured) The bike is far from perfect cosmetically, but it is in excellent mechanical condition. Turn the key and ride. This is my 4th KLR and this has TONS more power than the others. Its an absolute blast to ride. last ridden 12/13/16 mostly on road use as a commuter, but does very well in the dirt as well. 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Data
Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
2011 Isle of Man TT Recap

John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.
