Kawasaki H2F triple tech info
Kawasaki H2F triple description
1973 Kawasaki H2F Triple project. Frame number H2F-28777. Engine number H2E 43027. I recently purchased this with the intention to have it restored but a change in plans initiates this sale. I am not a Kawasaki expert so if you are looking at this sale, then you likely know more about these bikes than I do and can see what is and isn't correct or what is missing. air box, handle bars etc..This is a project that needs to be restored. It does not run although it has good compression when kicked over but there is no spark at the center cylinder. The tank appears solid but the fuel has gone bad and it will need a good internal cleaning. The bike rolls, the brakes are not seized but do drag. The rear tire is from Sears and still has excellent tread so I am guessing its been of the road for a while. If you are able to view in person please do, if not then I will answer any questions you have, providing I know the answer. Please review all the pictures before asking questions. I will take additional pictures if required. I want to be clear that this bike is being sold as is and where is, which is in southern Ontario Canada. It has a clean title (Ontario ownership) I can deliver up to 60 miles either to you or to a shipping depot if required. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. As far as importing into the USA you will need the ownership along with a bill of sale. I recommend using a broker unless you plan to pick it up in person. I searched the US customs site and since the bike is greater than 25 years old it does not need to meet the DOT or EPA standards. Please search the US government site if additional information is needed. https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/278/related/1/~/permanently-importing-a-motorcycle
Payment. A non refundable 500.00 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the auction ending and the rest via a bank to bank wire transfer if you are planning to ship or cash upon pick up. Thank you |

ZX-10R. Worth the weight?
Thu, 18 Nov 2010The whisper on pit lane is that 2011 will be a good year for the green K. Our moles within the racing circles tell us that apart from more power and less weight (always handy), the new ZX-10R's main advantage is not these two factors but rather its improved weight distribution, weight transference qualities and grip levels. Studying Tom Syke's lap time data from Kawasaki's public test sessions it seems it's much easier for him to maintain consistent fast lap times back-to-back over the whole range of tyre degradation and fuel load changes.
