Kawasaki GPZ tech info
Kawasaki GPZ description
You are looking at a 1984 Kawasaki GPZ 550. This bike I found owned by the original owner. The bike is in original paint. I found this bike sitting for over a year and is showing its age. I was able to get the bike running to shoot a quick video but I will be listing this bike as a non running project. There is a clean Florida title that matches the bikes VIN. I will now let my picture slideshow and video I provided in the listing do the talking. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video. They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets. Click on the view all tab at the bottom of the slideshow to see all the pictures. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied , and a as is where is sale. Feel free to have the motorcycle inspected if you like. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns, and inspections are recommended. Bike comes with a clear title from previous owner, that matches the bikes VIN. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. Bike must be picked up in Tampa FL. As long as the bike is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended, then she can sit here for up to two months, but would like it picked up as soon as possible. Please look at all of the pictures, including the slideshow pictures, and ask all questions before bidding as I will be happy to answer them. Thank you and happy bidding! The description of this motorcycle is written to the best of my knowledge. However, I am by no means an expert on vintage motorcycles. WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
Volume Six Of The Ninja H2 Video Series
Tue, 16 Sep 2014In Kawasaki’s latest H2 video teaser the company is associating the forthcoming H2 with its predecessor from the early ’70s. The original H2 Mach IV was a 750cc, two-stroke, inline-Triple. The original H2 was renowned in its day for its incredibly quick acceleration.
Laguna Seca Superbike race: 1979
Tue, 09 Nov 2010Got to apologise for the mogadon-inspired soundtrack but this 1979 Kawasaki promo vid' is worth watching just for the footage of Freddie Spencer and Wes Cooley. Watch the slo-mo of Cooley's GS1000 Suzuki on the brakes. It's horrendous.
