Up for sale is this custom bobber built in our shop last winter, I have personally rode this bike and showed it with our other bikes and it has done very well winning trophies in every show it was entered. The bike came from an older gentleman who was the original owner And lost his ability to ride a few years ago. The bike was and reassembled using fresh parts. Frame was stripped and painted, motor and wheels were also painted. Front suspension was lowered and rebuilt with progressive parts. Custom made electronics cover holds the seat mounts, custom seat and springs give it a hard tail look but it has retained its soft tail suspension. Rear fender and strut were made in our shop as were the tail taillight and license bracket, sportster tank, LED signals, Vance and Hines exhaust, 38mm Mikuni carb, custom breather . Paint is black pearl with silver flake. accents are white with machine turned silver leaf. Thu, 09 Dec 2010These two beautiful Z1R Kawasakis appeared at the annual Mooneyes Yokohama Custom show last weekend. With one sporting a street/strip look (spot the belly-scraping ride height and rigid rear struts) and the other undergoing a sort of modernisation, they both reminded me just how handsome and unique the original slab-sided Z1R was. Judging by some of the other wild and weird exhibits I made a mental note to myself: must make sure I'm in Japan this time next year.

Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
