1982 Honda Nighthawk (1982)
I have a 1982 Honda nighthawk 450 cc runs but might need work. I have owned this bike for the last 10 years and she was a great reliable bike, but I am now moving and can't take her with me. I'm not sure if there is a mechanical issue or not, I am not a mechanic, and don't have the time or money to get her checked out. All I know is she made an odd noise the last time I rode, and I never had the chance to look into it.2016-08-26 04:44:21Racine, Wisconsin, United States30860.00 -
1984 Honda Nighthawk (1984)
Here is a fine 1984 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk with 15,819 miles. I have loved this bike since 2008 when I acquired it as the second owner. I have spent time, care and energy making sure that it is the best looking and best-running motorcycle it can be. Regrettably, I have three other motorcycles and don't do much longer highway riding and will stick with my smaller cc bikes. I do want someone to enjoy this great Honda machine. Take a good look at the auction pictures. Of course, this is the actual motorcycle you are bidding on. The highlights: Clear title, ready to ride operating condition and many, many positives. I am a veteran eBayer and 40 year motorcyclist with a 100% rating over many transactions and also list with photos the very few negatives in the spirit of full disclosure. I'm confident you can't find a nicer bike for this money. With plenty of riding season left, you'll be a happy bidder, buyer and biker. This is a big motorcycle (434 lbs dry) with a 650cc four cylinder Honda engine and 63 HP with power to spare. I do not recommend it to a brand new rider/beginner unless they have had some experience on motorcycles and a certified MSF motorcycle safety course, or about to enroll in one. On the other hand, I will not limit or restrict the sale. I just want everyone to be safe out there! Remember the old saying, "Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down." Positives + new seat, flawless work done by a local upholsterer in Milwaukee, Homestyle Custom Upholstery in Bay View WI. + body integrity grades as an A, no rattles or squeaks + flawless paint, all tones (tank, rear panel, side panels, all match with no fading) + shaft drive, always maintained and fluid changed + exhaust pipes Honda OEM, dual, no rust on headers + rear tire new a season ago, few miles in between + smooth powerband and throttle response; no hesitations + original mirrors, no cracks or fading + square headlight and square mirrors represent '80's styling + instruments (tachometer, speedometer, trip odometer, warning lights for turn signals, oil pressure, taillight and high beam all operative) + front turn stalks firm and straight. If you know Nighthawks, you'll appreciate this!2016-06-28 04:47:46Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States15,8191,600.00 -

2025 KTM 450 SMR – First Ride
Fri, 09 May 2025Supermoto: Your favorite new hobby Photos by Jon Beck. There is a single recurring thought when a supermoto of any caliber graces my midst, and it's a simple one: "I should buy a supermoto." After the dust has settled and the thumping single-cylinder din has come to rest, it's easy to take in the audaciously simple design with a grin. After all, we're talking about lightweight motocross or dual-sport motorcycles prepped with road-focused wheels, which always makes for a good time.
2024 KTM 890 SMT Review
Thu, 01 Aug 2024The love child of a Duke and Adventure – that oddly works Photos by Edward Narraca. If ever there was an oxymoron in motorcycling, it’s the term “SuperMoto Touring,” and yet here it is, emblazoned on the side of this orange machine. Supermoto evokes images of dirt bikes on slick tires, being hucked sideways into corners.

2024 KTM 390 Duke Review – First Ride
Fri, 22 Mar 2024Premium treatment for the baby Duke Photos by: Francesc Montero, Sebas Romero Like many things in life, perspective is everything. Here in the US, KTM’s 390 Duke has been the smallest member of the Duke family (although that’s no longer true as the 250 and 200 Dukes cross the ocean, too). As the baby Duke in America, we generally look at it with kid gloves, a cute learner bike for someone to start with before coming up through the ranks.
2024 KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO Review – First Ride
Thu, 07 Mar 2024We’ve officially entered into the world of the ridiculous Photos by Francesc Montero and Sebas Romero There’s only so much you can learn about a motorcycle after getting about four laps on a racetrack you haven’t seen in a decade. Factor in the cold conditions, a brand new, race-compound rear tire, and no tire warmers, and you can basically throw away any sort of authoritative impressions about the bike. Oh, and did I mention the bike in question is the 2024 KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO and the racetrack was the ultra-tricky Almeria circuit?
2024 KTM 990 Duke Review – First Ride
Thu, 29 Feb 2024The middle Duke is giving off big brother vibes Photos: Francesc Montero, Sebas Romero It’s no secret that we at Motorcycle.com love KTM’s 790 and 890 Duke (and really love the 890 Duke R). Long-time readers will know this already, but if you’re new here, our history with the middle Duke family runs deep. Type in either 790 or 890 Duke in our search bar and you’ll see the myriad of stories and tests we’ve done with those bikes.
2023 KTM 890 Duke R: 5 Things You Need To Know
Tue, 12 Dec 2023We say goodbye to an instant classic with five things we love about it It’s hard to say goodbye to the ones you love, but that’s exactly what we have to do with the KTM 890 Duke R. One of our favorite bikes since its introduction, the 890 Duke R is leaving the KTM lineup to make way for the incoming 990 Duke (and the re-introduced 790 Duke). But before we bid it farewell, we put it up against some of its European contemporaries in a good old fashioned MO shootout.
