For Sale 2012 RC8R , white & orange 3180 mis , Excelent condition , completely stock. No mods of any kind.(This is the only bike I have never modified ,due to the fact that it does not need it.) Yes it is that good !!! Bike runs looks excellent. It sounds excellent. RC8R is not the best, fastest, greatest, looking bikes on the market , It has no fancy electronics like many other bikes these days but it is Dependable does not brake down. Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
KTM Announces RC390 Cup Racing Series, Production Model to Follow
Sat, 13 Jul 2013KTM pulled the wraps off a new racebike to be used in a new spec racing series in 2014. The RC390 Cup will be used in the 2014 ADAC Junior Cup Powered by KTM, with a production version going to market in 2014. The RC390 Cup racebike was revealed during the MotoGP round at Germany’s Sachsenring circuit.
KTM Reports 2011 Results
Fri, 17 Feb 2012KTM reported a 22.4% increase in worldwide motorcycle sales in 2011, raking in a net profit of 20.7 million euros. According to KTM‘s year-end fiscal report, the Austrian company sold 81,200 units in 2011, compared to 66,327 units in 2010. KTM attributes the gains to the launch of its latest EXC off-road competition lineup and the entry-level 125 Duke.
