This auction is for a 2007 KTM Super Duke 990, it has just over 12,000 miles. The miles will increase slightly as I ride this any chance I can. Its in excellent shape and is a lot of fun to ride with the upright riding position and the torquey V-twin engine. The bike has a few mods, Leo Vince slip ons, rear fender eliminator, moto hooligan air injection block offs, ECU flash, shorty levers, windscreen and LED headlight. The valves were checked at around 11k miles. This bike is not an R model, at some point someone had the frame powder coated orange and they did a very nice job, looks like factory. The tires are good, should last at least another full season. The only issue I've noticed with the bike is at low speed braking I can feel one of the front rotors is out of round and will need to be replaced. This has a clean/clear title, no leins. KTM to Enter MotoGP World Championship in 2017

KTMannounced plans to enter the MotoGP World Championship with a brand new V-4 prototype to be called the KTM RC16. KTM would be the latest major manufacturer announcing plans to enter the series, following the current ongoing projects by Aprilia and Suzuki. Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer announced the news in an interview with Swiss site Speedweek.com, saying the company plans to reveal the RC16 in fall 2015 and spend 2016 developing it.

Report: KTM Developing 375cc Twin for Bajaj

Austrian manufacturer KTM is reportedly working on a new 375cc Twin-cylinder engine for Indian partner Bajaj. Bajaj owns a 47% stake in KTM and the two companies have worked together in the past for the KTM Duke 125 and Duke 200 as well as the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS (pictured above). According to India’s Business-Standard, KTM and Bajaj are collaborating on a new 375cc engine at Bajaj’s research and development facility in Akurdi, India, outside of Pune.

2013 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition Announced

KTM is releasing an updated limited edition version of its 450 SX-F, developed from Ryan Dungey‘s 2012 AMA Motocross championship-winning race bike and KTM‘s R&D departments in both the U.S. and Austria. The 2013 KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition receives a number of updates from the limited edition model released last year, developed during Dungey’s Supercross and Motocross campaign.
