2006 KTM Smr 450, Up for grabs is a 2006 KTM 450 SMR. I just re-titled it for the street on 11/05/13 so I'm waiting for the title in the mail, but once it arrives it will be clean and free. It has a clean bill of health from Hinshaws Motorcycle in Auburn, WA. If you want I can give you the shop number and you can talk to the tech that did the most recent work on it. From my last conversation with the guy, he said the bike is super clean and runs very well. The bike will also come with a race kick stand, motorcycle jack, a set of race plastics. -Keihin 41MM carb -Glafer DOT Lines -12v system and upgraded stator -Trail Tech Endurance II speedo -Tusk LED lights -Full Akrapovic Exhaust Any other questions let me know, I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. 2022 KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO First Look

Tue, 16 Nov 2021

The KTM 1290 Super Duke R is getting a new EVO variant for 2022, adding semi-active suspension to what was already a very potent package. As we discussed in our 2021 Heavyweight Naked Bike Spec Shootout, the 1290 Super Duke R (along with the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS) is one of the few bikes in the comparison that does not offer some form of electronic suspension. That’s going to be rectified with the new 1290 Super Duke R EVO which receives a next-generation WP APEX semi-active suspension.

The North East,Prescott and fast laps with Chris Walker at Mallory

Thu, 26 Apr 2012

A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.

It was good to catch up with my old mate Daryl Beattie last weekend in Misano. Daryl was pushing Mick Doohan hard for the 500cc World Championship in 1995 until he high sided and broke his collar bone in Assen mid way through the year. He eventually finished runner up in the series but then some fairly big tumbles from his Lucky Strike Suzuki in 1996 brought his career to a premature end.
