I am selling my 2003 KTM 525 MXC Desert Racer. This bike has approx 30hrs. on it. It is all stock, but has new bars-tires-chain&sprockets. It is ready to ride anywhere-just professionally serviced at KTM dealer. Automatic starter, six gear, 3+ gallon tank. Baja Designs light kit with turn signals and brake light. This KTM looks and runs excellent. It is a very tall bike with 15.1ins of ground clearance. Bridgestone motocross tires. Never ridden hard/hardly ridden. Always stored in garage since new.Has 50hp stock. Suspension is WP-state of the art. I will not take a dime less than $3000. The good news KTM is updating its 690 Duke naked standard for 2012. The bad news is KTM has pulled the Duke lineup from its North American offerings. Britain’s MCN was given a test ride on a prototype of the 2012 KTM 690 Duke and revealed some of the updates.

Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto nabbed a hard-earned first victory of the 2014 AMA Supercross season, overcoming a poor start that saw him ninth after the first lap for the win. The three-time reigning champion found himself well back after the first corner as Yoshimura Suzuki‘s Jake Moss took the holeshot ahead of Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton and the KTM‘s Ryan Dungey. Brayton took over the lead by the second corner and would stay in front for the first 13 laps.

2013 Dakar Rally Route Announced

The 2013 Dakar Rally will again be held in South America with event organizers announcing a new route for the 34th running of the off-road race. Now in its fifth year in Latin America, the 2013 edition of the Rally will feature a new route running from north to south, starting Jan. 5 in Lima, Peru, and ending Jan.
