1986 KTM 80. RARE BIKE! This was the only 80 KTM made until the later years. This little bike is a collectors item. It does run but it needs clutch work and tires. There is a scar in the cylinder wall but the bike doesn't know it. Has aftermarket reeds that have been modified to fit it. No longer have a title but it's a dirt bike.

Buyer must make arrangements to have the bike shipped within 7 days of auction close or will forfeit all money paid. KTM to Enter MotoGP World Championship in 2017
Thu, 31 Jul 2014KTMannounced plans to enter the MotoGP World Championship with a brand new V-4 prototype to be called the KTM RC16. KTM would be the latest major manufacturer announcing plans to enter the series, following the current ongoing projects by Aprilia and Suzuki. Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer announced the news in an interview with Swiss site Speedweek.com, saying the company plans to reveal the RC16 in fall 2015 and spend 2016 developing it.
KTM Announces AMA Superbike Team – Will Compete Full 2012 Season
Mon, 13 Feb 2012KTM announced it will compete in its first full AMA Superbike season, with Chris Fillmore riding the KTM 1190 RC8 R Race Spec. The Austrian manufacturer made its AMA Superbike debut last year, entering two events, with Fillmore riding the RC8 R for the KTM/HMC team. KTM‘s presence in 2012 was initially in doubt, but the team confirmed it is returning to compete the full season with Fillmore and the HMC team.

Mon, 24 Feb 2014KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.
