For sale is my 2013 KTM 450 XC-W. Yes, I love this bike, but there is more than 1 reason why I have to sell. It has 34.5 hours of run time to be exact. Oil/filter has been changed and air filter cleaned after every ride. Suspension springs have been changed for 200lb rider . I will also give you the stock springs , Included with the bike is a KTM plastic skid plate, KTM hard parts seat , fasst flexx bars , scotts under the bar steering damper , ride eng triple clamps , Probend aluminum barkbusters with KTM deflectors. Th bike is Titled and Registered in ALABAMA AND IT DOES HAVE A TAG . You can get the registration transferred to you easily - I have the title . This is NOT easy to do in Alabama for this bike ....so that's worth a bit IMO.I've got $9500 invested, asking $7,500 Bike is at Big O's cycles in clanton if you would like to stop by and check it out , Happy to talk about the bike over the phone -. Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.

2013 KTM Freeride 350 Gets CARB and EPA Approval

The KTM Freeride 350 has cleared emission certification testing in the U.S. including the state of California, getting approval from both the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board. A leaked powerpoint slide from KTM’s North American dealer meeting in 2011, listed the Freeride 350 for 2013 and they may still happen.

KTM Issues Fuel Hose Recall on 7000 Motorcycles

KTM is issuing a worldwide recall on approximately 7000 motorcycles from model year 2012 and 2013 for potential fuel hose leaks. The recall affects certain EXC, EXC-F, XC-F, XC-W, XCF-W, Freeride, SX-F, and Supermoto R models with electronic fuel injection. (See after the jump for specific models included in the recall.) According to KTM, a defect in the manufacturing process of the molded fuel hoses on affected models may lead to a fuel leak either at the ends or where the hoses bend.
