KTM EXC description

2005 KTM 525 EXC , Extremely clean bike. Purchased in 02/06. Not ridden in last two years. Never crashed or ridden hard/raced. Did Tier 3 service with Thousand Oaks Power Sports in December and it hasn't been out since. It has a GPR steering stabilizer, a new battery and some other goodies but is basically stock. No engine mods, stock pipe and suspension. Never wrenched on at all. This bike has a Green Sticker. Its the best bike I have ever owned/ridden and I wouldn't sell it if I didn't need the $. Come and take a look and see for yourself how clean it is. Thanks for checking it out. 6612121135.

Day 9 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins, Increases Overall Lead

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

The ninth stage took the field to the northernmost point of this year’s Dakar. The riders descended from yesterday’s plateau through the Atacama desert towards the Pacific Ocean. Sand and dunes challenged the athletes especially in the final third of the stage, demanding excellent navigation skills.

The Moto GP 2 stroke era finally ends.

Thu, 04 Oct 2012

It might have been the fumes of the 40:1 fuel mix but I had a tear in my eye when the chequered flag came out for the last ever competitive two stroke race in the Moto GP paddock on Sunday at Aragon. With two riders on the sick list twenty two identical single cylinder KTM 125s buzzed round for fifteen laps of mayhem and sometimes eight abreast heading into the first and last corners. The sight, sound and smell were fantastic and the clean close racing was a fitting end to a very special era.

2014 Bajaj Pulsar 375 – The Fully-Faired Indian Version of the KTM 390 Duke Spied

Mon, 14 Jan 2013

Indian website Powerdrift has uncovered photographs of what it claims to be a Bajaj Pulsar 375, a faired sportbike based on the KTM 390 Duke. A Bajaj-branded version of the 390 Duke should be no surprise. The Indian company, after all, owns a 47% stake in Austrian-based KTM, and it released its own version of the 200 Duke in the 2012 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS.
