Nice vintage 1989 KTM 350 EXC Enduro-Motocross dirt bike. Good running condition. It's been sitting for several years, but still starts up and runs fine. Wicked power!!! May need some servicing, air filter, oil change, etc. As far as we know, there are no known issues or problems, but we haven't ridden or tested everything thoroughly. Nice cosmetic condition for its age. Believed to be garage kept. Tires are like new!! Selling AS IS, no guarantees. We do not have a title for it, but can provide a written bill of sale if needed. KTM Reports 2011 Results
Fri, 17 Feb 2012KTM reported a 22.4% increase in worldwide motorcycle sales in 2011, raking in a net profit of 20.7 million euros. According to KTM‘s year-end fiscal report, the Austrian company sold 81,200 units in 2011, compared to 66,327 units in 2010. KTM attributes the gains to the launch of its latest EXC off-road competition lineup and the entry-level 125 Duke.
Splashing through the summer on my RC8R
Wed, 18 Jul 2012For sure the wet summer has curtailed my intentions of using my RC8R at every opportunity. That said I've had a fair amount mixed weather track time around the UK which has helped me bond with the big KTM. I've found riding at tighter twistier tracks like Oulton and Knockhill are more satisfying as the low down grunt and quick handling means you can stay with pretty much anything.
KTM Unveils E3W Concept, an Electric Plastic City Car
Fri, 12 Aug 2011KTM has revealed a radical new concept vehicle, a three-wheeled electric city car with a body made of plastic. Designed as a compact, efficient urban transportation vehicle, the KTM E3W was created by KTM, the Austrian Institute of Technology design studio Kisha (as in Gerald Kisha, the KTM designer behind such models as the 1190 RC8R and 125 Duke.) The E3W has two wheels at the front with a single drive wheel at the rear. The E3W seats two people, entering the car through Lamborghini-esque scissor doors for easy access in tight parking spaces.
