I am selling my 2013 KTM Baja 990 Adventure Baja Edition.  This bike is practically brand new.  Outfitted with all the orange KTM anodized farkles. Also includes KTM tank bag, side carrier and official KTM side aluminum panniers.  The bike is outfitted with tires from the original 990 models (more street friendly) but I am also including the offroad DOT tires that came with it. These tires have less than 200 miles on them. This bike was garage kept and hardly ridden.

This bike was never started or ridden from the moment it arrived at the original dealership in 2004 until just a few months ago in 2013!.  It was placed into heated/dry storage in brand-new condition back in 2004 and stayed there until May of 2013.  I bought the bike from the original owner and put the first and only miles on it.  It now has just under 3000 miles on it.  I've ridden it this summer and now am offering it for sale.  It is totally stock with the exception of the KTM low/gel seat that I installed (the stock seat was tall and hard - so I sold that) and also the supermoto front fender I installed as well while modifiying the original stock fender to just the rear section in order to support the front brake hoses.  I also subbed out the stock plastic hand-guard half-clamps for some nicer looking aluminum ones - otherwise the bike is 100% stock and in orginal condition. Everything is in working order and obviously it has its entire useful life left ahead of it.  Unfortunately the bike did fall off the side-stand in my driveway of all places while on a very slight slope - so there are some scratches in the left tank and center panel.  The black plastic bumper piece in the picture below the scratches will be replaced - I ordered that from KTM and will arrive in the coming days.  Otherwise the bike is being sold as-is.  The bike is also being offered for sale locally.  I'm the owner of a small off-road european motorcycle shop in Northern VT.  Please call or email me with any question - I'm here to help you! First if you are a pavement lover move on...this bike has and is used as it was designed. The tires are at 50-60%, includes a set of aluminum panniers with expandable top racks, SW mototech crash bars, black dog bash plate, FMF exhaust system, 60csx mount and wire (GPS NOT included), led headlight, a set of heated grips (not on it come with it), fresh chain and sprocket, cyrca hand guards, recent battery, and the plagued water pump seal has been replaced. I just got back from Colorado on it...had to repair an oil leak, but otherwise a sound ride.

Up for sale is my 2004 KTM 950 Adventure S with so many upgrades I will specify separately.  I bought the bike in trade for a 1200GSA and it is a better riding bike in every way. The suspension was professionally re-valved and restrung for rider/luggage combination of 260 pounds. It handles better than my 1200GSA with Ohlins ever did.
