Indian Chief description

Up for sale a beautifull indian chief, by  gilroy factory, has some paint issues and little polishing of aluminum here and there. technicly it is a solid machine, with mew fluids and filter, as well as upgraded 2.4 kw starter that actually turns its compression over with no problem. new speedo as the old one wasnt displaying anything, ( previous owner said it had less than 2000 mi on it when he parked it), i put on 330 miles after updates to make sure its got no issues. runs smooth and pulls like a dragster. all factory stock except the grips, and that starter mentioned above, even stock air filter that isnt seen often. great runner, decoration piece or simply investment as its been made 2 years only and its got the legendary power plus 100 cu.in. motor #0222 quite low and fun number. all iperfections shown on pictures , so feel confident, and  good luck

All 50 States Ranked For Highest Motorcycle Ownership Per Capita

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

In a recent study done ranking each of the 50 states (and the District of Columbia) by motorcycle ownership per capita, South Dakota ranked the best. There are a total of 69,284 motorcycles registered in the state, according to the Department of Transportation, and with a total population of 816,598, when you do the math, there’s roughly 12 people in South Dakota for every motorcycle. Considering South Dakota is the home of the Sturgis rally, its ranking on this list may not be much of a surprise.

Is it the Ultimate American Bagger? Credit: Photos by Barry Hathaway and John Burns What exactly the hell is the meaning of this, letting a 30-year old kid be the Powertrain Project Engineer for an all-new bagger? What could a callow youth who roadraces a 15-year old GSX-R600 and rides a Tuono on the street, possibly know about the bagger mentality?

Showdown: 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Limited Vs Indian Pursuit Limited Premium

Tue, 24 May 2022

Hollister on The Big Ones, via San Andreas Fault: Will California slide into the sea? Who are we to question the motorcycles red-blooded Americans love most? Harley-Davidson sells more Street Glides than it does Road Glide Limiteds (which basically adds the frame-mounted fairing and trunk), but the song remains the same.
