INDIAN CHIEF ROADMASTER I am the 2nd owner of this bike. miles. This very clean bike has had all of the recalls and updates completed and is ready to ride. It currently has 3 in setbacks on the bars which make it very comfortable for me to ride. I am . I also have the original nacelle if you would opt to remove them. It has a K amp N air filter and a performance ignition for a few more horses. The Metzler whitewalls have about miles on them and are in terrific shape. Polaris Reports Q3 2013 Sales Results

Polaris Industries topped the $1 billion mark in sales for the first time in company history during the third quarter. Total sales revenue totaled $1.1 billion in the quarter, up 25.3% from $879.9 million reported in the same quarter last year. “Our record third quarter results reflect both the ongoing demand for our existing products and the potential contained within the initial shipments of our model year 2014 vehicles, the largest new product introduction in the company’s history,” says Scott Wine, chief executive officer of Polaris Industries.

2015 Hero HX250R – The Indian Sportbike Developed by Erik Buell

Indian manufacturer Hero MotoCorp revealed a new 249cc sportbike developed with the help of Erik Buell Racing. Hero is calling the HX250R for now, though the name may change before it enters production in the second half of the year. Whatever the name, the HX250R will be Hero’s flagship model and the company’s weapon against former business partner Honda and its CBR250R.

NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have launched a new free online tool that should make it easier for consumers to inspect their vehicles’ safety recall histories. The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.
