Indian All description

This is a one of a kind custom motorcycle. This bike was hand built using a 1949 Indian frame, which it is still titled from. It has a Ural custom shock front fork, and a Kawasaki KL650 motor, with suicide shifter. The bike even has a air bag, with a Ford crash senor on the forks, just for show of course. I found this bike part of estate sale. It was owned and built by a talented man nick-named Doc, you will see this name on all of his hand built bikes. The bike is a true work of art, and you could look at it all day and see the unique touches placed everywhere. The bike was built by Doc at his home either with his hands or his 1930's-1950's mill machines. The bike was sitting for some time and I was able to get it running to shoot a quick video, but I will still list it as a project since I would check everything before trying to ride this work of art. I did provide a new battery for the bike. There is a clean and clear FL title that matches the frames VIN in my name. I will now let my 54 picture slideshow and video I provided in the listing do the talking. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video.  They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets. Click on the view all tab at the bottom of the slideshow to see all the pictures.

Tue, 06 Aug 2013

This is a small sample of the participants in Monday’s annual Legends Ride from Deadwood to Sturgis. Hundreds of bikes thundered through the Black Hills toward Sturgis on Monday afternoon, creating a cacophony not heard in these parts since, well, last year. The sixth annual Legends Ride draws thousands of riders, spectators and celebrities to the historic city of Deadwood, South Dakota each year on a charitable pilgrimage to the Buffalo Chip Campground, and organizers said Monday’s edition was likely the largest ever.

Hero MotoCorp may fly a bit below the radar of most American motorcycle enthusiasts, but the Indian manufacturer has emerged as a leader in alternative fuel technologies for two-wheeled vehicle. First came the Hero Leap hybrid scooter (which is now ready to enter serial production), then came the RNT 150 diesel hybrid concept revealed last week. Today, Hero revealed another new concept, this one an electric motorcycle with a hydrogen fuel cell extender at the 2014 India Auto Expo.
