Husqvarna WR300 description

2011 Husqvarna WR300 Enduro just traded in, one owner and originally purchased here. Very Very clean bike, never raced, Factory Connection revalved front and rear suspension, Magura Hydraulic Clutch conversion (big $$$ upgrade!!), Scotts steering stabilizer mounts and bar riser (no stabilizer). This bike needs nothing but a loving home and rider. Best estimate is less then 30 hours total use, still has original chain and sprockets which show very little wear. Up to 60 month financing available through Freedom Road with approved credit for in-store purchase.

EICMA 2013: Husqvarna 701 Prototype

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

In what direction Husqvarna’s going with this prototype we don’t really know. Husky hasn’t released any factual information about the company’s 701 prototype except for some existential blather on the company’s Facebook page. “It is a glimpse of the future Husqvarna design direction, the philosophy that future Husqvarna’s will follow, where the surfaces of the bodywork are understated, focusing on simplicity.” That’s more bodywork than we’ve seen on any modern Husky.

A Closer Look a the New 900cc Husqvarna Streetbike

Wed, 15 Jun 2011

Husqvarna will enter the twin-cylinder market in 2012 with a variation of the F800 powertrain from Husky’s parent company BMW, enlarged to around 900cc. This supermoto-styled version will undoubtedly be accompanied by a more dirt-worthy adventure-touring model. The test mule seen in these photos appears to use several components from the BMW F800R, including its swingarm and wheels.

McQueen’s Husky on the Auction Block

Fri, 16 Nov 2012

Thirty-two years after his death, Steve McQueen still reigns as the coolest movie star to ever ride a motorcycle. One of his preferred brands was Husqvarna (another, seen here, was Triumph) and to the delight of motorcycle enthusiasts and McQueen fans alike, one of his bikes will soon be in the hands of a new owner. This 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross owned and ridden by Steve McQueen will be up for auction on January 10th, at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, by Bonhams. The motorcycle comes with an exhaustive quantity of documents supporting its provenance and authenticity.
