The peppy motor and race-ready chassis earned rave reviews from journalists, racers and consumers alike, but Husqvarna engineers werent about to leave well enough alone. The technologically advanced Red Head, Keihin EFI and upgraded settings to the Kayaba suspension make the 2013 TXC 310 R an even more potent, refined and capable off-road weapon.

Husqvarna to Race Moto3 in 2014
Thu, 21 Nov 2013Husqvarna announced it will enter the 2014 Moto3 World Championship, fielding Danny Kent and Niklas Ajo in the 250cc road racing class. The team will be sponsored by energy drink maker Red Bull, which means the team won’t be lacking in funds. Husqvarna did not mention the motorcycle the team will use, but with the company now owned by KTM Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer, the Red Bull Husqvarna team will use machines similar to KTM’s winning Moto3 racer.

Described by Husqvarna as a cross between a supermoto and a naked standard, the new Nuda 900R is the product of the partnership between Husqvarna and parent company BMW.

Wed, 14 Sep 2011The 2012 Husqvarna Nuda 900R made its public debut in Frankfurt, Germany, in the courtyard outside BMW’s display hall. Displayed together with other Husqvarna models as well as motorcycles from parent company BMW. The display bikes were all anchored firmly to their stands and test rides were not available but I did get some seat time on the Nuda.
