Husqvarna Other description

2012 Husqvarna TE 511 that is new in everyway. It has been titled in Florida and has a current Florida tag. I have the title in hand. It has 9 miles on it that the dealer put on it to be sure the "race map' setting was correct for the fuel injection. He also changed the oil in it to be sure it was fresh. I bought it with the intentions of doing some dual sport rides and after sitting in the garage for almost a year clearly that is not a reality with my current schedule. I start the bike every week and just put fresh gas in it. It is also on a battery tender all the time. It is perfect in everyway. I put handguards on it as that's all it needed to ride in the woods. These bikes sound awesome and have gotten very good reviews. Especially the dual sport bike. This bike retails for $9K. Best price I've seen is $6500 plus set-up, shipping, dealer fees, taxes, title, etc. I just need to move on. Sorry no trades and cash only. This is an incredible bike.

Classic Off-Road Bikes Featured in Braving Baja: 1,000 Miles to Glory Exhibition

Sat, 06 Apr 2013

Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.
