Up for sale is an original 1984 Husqvarna CR500 that has had a complete restoration. I had plans to race the bike in the vintage class and spared no expense. Engine has had a complete inspection and was found to be on the original bore and retains the original piston and ring. Very rare original 4 speed transmission was inspected and had very little wear. All OEM gaskets and seals were used when put together by a very well known local vintage Husqvarna mechanic. Rear shocks were sent to Vintage Ohlins and restored using OEM overhaul kit and factory oil. All plastics are original and show very little wear, no holes in original seat cover. There is a small hole in front fender that can be repaired. Bike still has the original Trelleborg front tire and kickstand! I have pictures of the complete restoration process that I will give the winning bidder if they would like. A $500 non refundable deposit will be expected within 48hours remaining balance must be payed by certified funds or cash in person, otherwise buyer will be responsible for all pay-pal fees.Good luck bidding!

Sun, 01 May 2022Changes have affected the entire range of Husqvarna enduro bikes, consisting of seven models: three two-stroke and four four-stroke, respectively. All these changes were aimed at making motorcycles even faster, more controllable and more predictable. They didn’t touch the “iron” of the engines - why, if everything is already so close to ideal.

So there is very little time left before we finally see the machine in the dealer's showrooms! Moreover, the guys from the British MCN have already managed to ride the Husqvarna Norden 901.
