THIS IS A HARD TO FIND BIKE. IT HAS BEEN OFF THE ROAD FOR MANY YEARS, BUT IT VERY RESTORABLE. THE ENGINE TURNS OVER WITH COMPRESSION. IT IS NOT RUNNING. THE BIKE APPEARS TO BE A PRETTY COMPLETE PIECE. THE FLYWHEEL COVER IS MISSING. THE FRONT FENDER IS PARTIALLY MISSING AS IT BROKE. THE REAR WHEEL DOES NOT ROLL AND WE SUSPECT LOCKED BRAKES OR FROZEN CHAIN. OVERALL A GREAT VERY HARD TO FIND PIECE FOR RESTORATION. Future Husqvarna Motorcycles to Include 501 Models, Retro Bikes and Electric Scooters

The presentation was released in late November by Pierer Mobility, the parent company of KTM, Husqvarna and the recently-acquired GasGas.

EICMA 2012: Husqvarna Presents Updated Baja Concept

Last January, Husqvarna unveiled a new concept model at the International Motorcycle Shows stop in New York City called the Baja. That concept was similar to the MOAB concept Husqvarna displayed at last year’s EICMA show, but with an off-road style mud guard instead of the MOAB’s street fender. This year, Husqvarna returns to the 2012 EICMA Show with an updated version of the Baja concept that looks a lot closer to being ready for production.

New 2014 Husqvarna Models – Get Your Two-Strokes Here!

To celebrate its 110th birthday this year, Husqvarna is offering no less than ten different North American models including two-strokes and four-strokes and sizes ranging from 85cc to 501cc. Several of Husqvarna’s innovations can be found on the 2014 machines – most notably the polyamide rear subframe. Housing the airbox and electronics of each model, the high-tech composite construction of the polyamide subframe is designed to offer optimum rigidity while also allowing more flex than a traditional aluminum structure (polyamide will bend back into place unlike aluminum). The innovative subframe is applied to every new Husqvarna – even the TCs which marks the first time a composite rear subframe has been offered on a production two-stroke motocrosser. Each model in the 2014 line also utilizes WP front suspension mounted by Husqvarna’s distinctive CNC-machined black triple clamps.
