Husqvarna 1972 CR 125 Husqvarna description

Husky CR 125. This bike was a barn find. The bike appears, by the wear patterns on the bike, to have been  ridden a few times and put away,

We obtained the bike as you expect full of grease, the wrong  plastic fenders and the tank full of shellac. We totally disassembled the bike,  except the transmission. The Akront rims are in great shape,

the air bell has not been cut as owners typically do.

It was thourghly cleaned and  we left all the existing paint which appeared as original.

( Its only original once). There is very little boot wear.

New aluminum fenders were installed, replacing the plastics, and new Bridgestone front tire matching the rear.

Much of the original patina was left on the bike. The pipe is like new, as is the whole bike except it's 40 yrs old. We installed a later model tank for appearance but the original is cleaned out  and can be used. It has no dents just old paint! We installed an FMF spark arrestor (makes it legal to ride at Gorman or wherever). (will remove if requested)She starts up easily and runs through all the gears. A great opportunity to obtain a nice original  Husky’s as it appeared it it’s heyday! Buyer responsible for shipping. Bill of sale only.

A very reasonable reserve price is set.

2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 801 Review – First Ride

Tue, 25 Jun 2024

The Svart has Twins Photos by: Marco Campelli and Sebas Romero When attempting to check my bag at LAX, the attendant told me that my flight to France was canceled. I asked if he was sure since the app was still showing the flight was on time. Rather than ducking back behind the computer, he grabbed what had to have been a 12-foot long ream of paper full of flight schedules all plastered with the word Canceled.

Best Motorcycles Of 2018: MO Video Roundtable

Wed, 13 Dec 2017

Wrapping up what we learned at the Fall motorcycle shows The new model announcement season is an exciting time for motorcyclists, as it’s when we get our first glance at all the latest motorcycles being released in the upcoming year. While AIMExpo, with its extremely early event date (starting on September 22nd), was short on new models, EICMA blew the doors off of 2018 with no less than 37 different new bikes that we covered here on MO. 2017 AIMExpo Show Coverage 2017 EICMA Show Coverage On our side of the ocean, the Progressive International Motorcycle Show (IMS) included, as usual, Long Beach, California, giving the American motorcycle industry and public its first chance to see, throw a leg over, and, in some cases, take a test ride on one of the new models.

Tue, 28 Jan 2014

Following the announcement in November last year that Husqvarna will field Britain’s Danny Kent and Finnish rider Niklas Ajo in a Red Bull-backed Moto3 effort comes the first photos of the bike in its racing livery. Kent had previously raced Moto3 for KTM and team manager, Aki Ajo, winning races at Valencia and Motegi in 2012. Niklas Ajo will be racing his third season in Moto3 next year, after finishing 19th overall in 2012 and 14th in 2013. According to Husky’s Facebook page the team is busy setting up the Moto3 bikes for the upcoming season.
