Payment:
-I ONLY accept PAYPAL payments.
-Full payment must be made upon checkout.
-Buyers
from Kentucky will pay 6% sales tax.
Shipping:
-Items purchased before 5PM EST Monday through
Friday will be shipped same day. Items purchased after that will be shipped
the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
-There are three possible
locations that items will be shipped from. The primary location which is
listed is Payson, Utah. The secondary is Lexington,Kentucky. The third which
is the least likely is Lebanon, Pennsylvania in which case the item will be
listed as so. Items ship from locations based upon availability and location
of delivery.
-Shipping used is UPS ground,
USPS standard, and OnTrac shipping. UPS is stated in the listing but any of
the three may be used depending on location and estimated delivery times.
Upgraded shipping is available. If you need an item faster contact me for
details
-To clarify, UPS 3 day is 1
day handling, 3 days shipping. That means if a package is ordered on Monday,
unless the destination is close to the point of shipment, it will arrive on a
Thursday.
-Items may be shipped even
if they’re not marked. Tracking is uploaded after 10PM EST each day. When
tracking is uploaded they are then marked as shipped.
-Some items are shipped separately from
different warehouses. In these cases there will be two tracking numbers
uploaded and delivery times may be different on each package. Please look in
your purchase history for details.
-Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have a
surcharge added on at checkout. This will vary depending on item size.
Certain products cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico. Please ask before
purchasing to verify. Orders to Puerto Rico must have a phone number available.
-HOLIDAYS: UPS, USPS and OnTrac do no operate on,
after, and before certain holidays. Due to this, items ordered around that
time will be delayed so please understand that. I will contact you to give
you a heads up at these times of the year.
-WEATHER: If the area you’re
in has been affected by severe weather(heavy snow, tornado, flood, etc.)Your
package may be delayed, please be considerate of that fact.
-PO BOX: I DO NOT AND CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Please have
the correct physical address added to your eBay profile so that I can quickly
and easily get your package out after purchase. If it is not in your eBay
profile, you will be contacted and your item will not ship until the physical
address has been provided.
-ORMD
Items(Items that contain chemicals/oils/etc) can only be shipped
UPS/USPS/OnTrac Ground. They may take a little more time for delivery. Please
be considerate of that fact.
-I do not ship directly outside the
US however some items may be purchased through the international shipping
program that eBay provides. If you purchase through this program you are
responsible for any fees/extra shipping costs to get your item into your
country. I simply ship to the international shipping facility in the US and
eBay takes care of things from there.
Stocking:
-Due to high demand of some products and a
fluctuating warehouse supply, some items may be listed that are not
available. Sometimes I run into inventory issues that are beyond my
control. Please be considerate of this fact. If you’re worried, I
urge you to ask about availability before purchasing.
-In
the event an item is not available, you will be REFUNDED in full, sent a
transaction cancellation request, and a message explaining that the item was
not available. PLEASE ACCEPT THE TRANSACTION CANCELLATION REQUEST in order to
cancel the order. You may wait until your refund is confirmed. I apologize
ahead of time for any inconveniences. Consideration is appreciated.
Returns/Exchanges:
-There is a 14 day return policy. Items may
only be returned if they are:
A:
In Brand New Condition still in the package
B:
There was an issue with the item or it was damaged.
C:
You were sent the wrong item
-Buyer pays for shipping return and will be charged a
restocking fee unless the item they received was damaged or was not the
correct item ordered. All details are in the return’s section of the listing.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. DO NOT return an item until after you’ve been
given directions or you may be subject to higher restocking fee.
-The Exchange process is similar
to the return process with cost and restocking fees being paid before the
exchange ships out.
Listings:
-All items are fully described to the best of my ability.
If there are any questions or you are confused about something, do not hesitate
to ask.
-Some pictures may be the actual item. However, some
pictures may be a generic representation of what you're receiving due to
multiple machines having different fitments(size, shape, etc.). REST ASSURED
you will receive a genuine brand name part for the make, model, and years
specified in the listing. Any questions feel free to ask!
Feedback:
-If
for any reason there is an issue please do not leave negative feedback unless
you feel it is 100% necessary. I realize I can’t please everyone but I will
do whatever I can to right whatever was wrong. You, the customer, are my main focus and
