Shipping:

We ship UPS Ground on US shipments and Priority Mail only for International shipments. We reserve the right to ship via other means to provide better service for our customers. We will always provide our customers with tracking information on orders. We ship daily Monday - Friday. We use both recycled & new materials to package our shipments.

Returns:

If you are not pleased with your purchase please contact us to get an return authorization. Once receiving a return authorization. Return shipping will be paid by buyer. The item will have to be shipped to us in original conditiion, via original carrier, in original box, with all tags & marking they my have been present when customer received item. Tracking & delivery confirmation must be purchased to insure package makes it back to us. Refunds will only be given via Paypal as was received originally. Refunds accepted within 14 days of original purchase
