A very nice XR 200R, the cleanest and nicest I have ever seen. It starts the first kick and everything works as it should. Depending on your weight you may have to adjust the shock but otherwise this one is ready to ride or race. I purchased it for my wife but she never rides it, but many consider the XR 200R the ultimate woods bike and one of the easiest to ride. for sale a very nice Honda dirt bike . It spent it life in a garage not getting used hardly at all. I am the second owner it came from a wealthy home they thought their kid would rid it but he never..I bought it for my 12 year old daughter and she only road it a hand full of times too.The bike is in excellent condition,still has original tires on it and they still look new.You wont find one in better condition unless you get a new one.The plastic is not faided and is rich in color like a newer bike.

2014 Husaberg Lineup Announced – Final Edition Before Husqvarna Merger

Husaberg may soon be no more, but that hasn’t stopped the Austria-based Swedish brand from unveiling its 2014 lineup of seven models. News broke last week of plans to reunite Husaberg with Husqvarna, to be known as Husqvarna Sportmotorcycle GmbH as of October 2013, making lineup of of seven off-road bikes including both two- and four-stroke models the final traces of the Husaberg as an independent brand. These 2014 models will also give us some indication of what to expect from the new Husqvarna models.

When Pierer Industrie AG purchased Husqvarna from BMW in January, it was obvious some major changes were on their way. Pierer Industries AG is owned by Stefan Pierer, who happens to be chief executive officer of KTM, which also happens to be the parent company of Husaberg. That’s three European motorcycle manufacturers with strong off-road lineages in the same family.

Husaberg announced its 2013 lineup of off-road models including both two-stroke and four-stroke models. Internationally, Husaberg will offer four FE four-stroke models and three TE two-stroke models but the U.S. market will only be offered three FE and two TE models.

Recall for 6,117 MY2011 KTM and Husaberg Off-road and Competition Models

KTM and Husaberg are recalling about 6,117 off-road motorcycles due to a risk of cracked handlebar clamps. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the handlebar clamps on some off-road KTM and Husaberg models can develop cracks from normal use.

The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .

1,228 KTM and Husaberg Motorcycles Recalled

KTM and subsidiary Husaberg have initiated a recall campaign for certain 2010 and 2011 models due to a problem with their handlebar clamps. The recall campaign includes the 2011 KTM 450 EXC, KTM 530 EXC, Husaberg FE 570S, Husaberg FS 570 and the 2010-2011 KTM 690 Enduro R. The recall affects 1,228 units.
