Fairing, tank, covers are original 1984 factory paint and show appropriate wear. Transmission shifts smoothly and rear end was rebuilt in 2012 Seat is worn and need recovering. Motorcycle was salvaged as a two wheeler that suffered rear end damage before becoming a trike. Damaged saddlebags, rear tire, fender and swingarm were removed for trike conversion. The frame is straight and rides well. Progressive shocks in rear, stock forks and rake. New tires and custom rims in 2011. Beach bars provide comfort and leverage when riding with one hand. Controls are a set of Police Special switches that have been modified to have all necessary switches; start, horn, turn R&L, Hi/Low on right hand including clutch and throttle. The foot shifter and braking system are both operated by the right foot. Use left hand or foot when riding is optional. Now if it’s a Honda sport tourer you crave, it’s the Gold Wing or, well, that’s about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
