Honda XR description

2012 HONDA XR 650L, Wherever you want, it'll take you there. If you're looking for one motorcycle that can do it all, Honda's time-tested XR650L is that machine. Off-road it has the power, suspension, and durability a dirt rider demands. On-road its light overall weight, electric starter and excellent fuel economy make it the perfect commuter, even for long trips. Its bulletproof 644 cc overhead cam engine produces huge torque and power. Air cooling keeps things simple and reduces maintenance chores. And the engine's gear-driven counterbalancer reduces tiring vibrations. Baja tough, the XR650L has the versatility to take you anywhere you want to go on a motorcycle, without the hassle of having to trailer a dirtbike. New graphics for 2012 keep it looking up to date, too

Honda CB900F Bol D'or

Sun, 24 Feb 2013

Slick videos shot on HD GoPros (complete with dubstep soundtracks) are now common place. But back in the late 80s, self shot videos were much thinner on the ground, due to expensive camcorders that were about the same size as a petrol tank and probably just as heavy too.In a blast from the past, 'Old love' features a Honda CB900F Bol D'or and was posted online a few days ago by the self-proclaimed 'one of the quickest 'drivers' in Langenhagen, Germany': Jan Rosanka. The Blue Order remix is a great choice to accompany the short but my favourite scene is the friendly 'hi' to camera followed by the middle finger.

Honda Reports Q1 2011-2012 Results

Tue, 02 Aug 2011

Honda reported a 88.3% year-on-year decrease in net profit over its first quarter ended June 30, 2011, thanks in large part to the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunamis in Japan. Honda reported a profit of 31.7 billion yen (US$411.1 million) over the quarter, a fraction of the 272.4 billion yen (US$3.53 billion) reported over the same quarter last year.  The decrease came mainly from a large dropoff in automobile sales. Net sales from the motorcycle division helped keep Honda in the black despite a drop in unit sales.
