1995 Honda XR600R OEM 4 Stroke Off Road Motorcycle FMF Powercore 4 READY TO RIDE Acerbis Kenda Equilibrium Pro Taper VIDEO DESCRIPTION The bike is in very good used condition. The bike runs strong with no precarious noises sounding from the engine. The bike has power in all gears and pulls like a real beast, hence the common given nickname "Thumper". The bike has a brand new rear tire, a Kenda Equilibrium, as well as a new chain. The bars are new Pro Tapers with Pro Taper grips and Acerbis hand guards in excellent condition. The bike also has brand new brakes and has just had it's oil and filter changed. The bike is all around a very strong, excellent running machine. We ride the bike, but lately have not had the time to justify having it in the garage. There is a small chip out of the left case near the primary gear, does not affect bike mechanically. We have rode motorcycles in Colorado for over 40 years, Honda's being some of our favorite bikes to ride. We have maintained many of these specific bikes and learned how reliable/powerful these machines truly are. If you are looking for a leisurely stroll through the woods, this is not the bike for you. If you want something to decimate the trails and send any form of wildlife scattering from the bushes this is the bike for you. AMA Pro Flat Track Stars to Face Off in Ride Academy “Race of Legends”
Fri, 12 Apr 2013When the AMA Flat Track stars of today compete at the spring Springfield Mile, May 26 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, they will be joined by the stars of the past, taking part in the “Ride of Legends“. Hosted by the Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association and Ride Academy, a riding school founded by multiple Grand National race winner Mike Hacker, the “Ride of Legends” exhibition race will feature several other past Grand National event winners racing each other on Honda dirt bikes. Joining Hacker will be Jay Springsteen, Joe Kopp, Rich King, Ronnie Jones, Steve Beattie, Steve Moorehead and Chris Carr.

2014 AMA Supercross – Daytona Results
Mon, 10 Mar 2014Ryan Villopoto was dominant in Daytona, leading all 20 laps to win his third race of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki ride strengthened his hold on the 2014 AMA Supercross championship lead, padding his lead over Red Bull KTM riders Ryan Dungey and Ken Roczen. The reigning three-time champion was far and away the fastest racer on the Daytona International Speedway infield, posting lap times more than a second faster than anyone else.
