Honda XL250 description

This is a very low mile, very nice condition 1971 Honda XL250. I bought it 10 years ago to add to my 70's Honda motorcycle collection, where it's been on display in my recreation room with some of my other bikes. I had another XL250 I used for riding, but fell in love with all the magnesium and other tech used by Honda to create the lightest 4 stroke dual purpose bike for the time. The bike to me is pure art, but maybe just an awesome ride for someone else. The bike comes with a BILL OF SALE as I mislayed the title in a recent move across the state. I stored it without gas in the tank (which had been creamed by the previous owner) and only left oil in the crankcase. It will need a battery and oil change to put back on the road, if that is the intention. Please ask any questions prior to bidding, A $500 deposit is required by the winning bidder within 48 hours after winning the auction. Balance is due within 7 days of the auctions end by cashiers check or bank wire. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Thanks for viewing.
