Beautiful Cruiser with a Great Motor!

Adult owned and well maintained.
Excellent overall condition with only minor wear from riding.

Darkside (Altimax HP 205/60R16SL) rear tire.
National polycarbonate shield (bought used, good shape).
Exhaust is stock and unmodified.

Includes a Hondaline "Valkyrie" cover and a second set of
modified (rear baffle removed) exhaust pipes (no tips/covers).

It will need a new front tire next season.

I can remember exactly where I was when I first saw Honda's TT100 Evolution Fireblade: at the dinner table, reading MCN as a 16-year old lad and being told to put the paper down and get on with my dinner! I'm sure you appreciate why the lamb chops had to wait.. It was created by Honda to celebrate their 100th TT victory, however I'm pretty sure Honda had another agenda: to homologate it so they could put it up against the mighty new Yamaha R1 at the TT.

2012 Honda NC700X Recalled in Canada

Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2012 Honda NC700X and (Edit: the recall now includes the NC700S, which is also available in Canada). At this point, the recall is only for the X model and only in Canada, but a similar recall may come from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the U.S.-spec Honda NC700X. According to Transport Canada, the outer plates on the links of the drive chain may not have received proper heat treatment.

Honda pulled the covers off a new streetbike series aimed at younger, shorter riders. The Honda CTX700 represents the first in a new series from Honda combining the three tenets of Comfort, Technology and Experience. It’s a platform “specifically engineered to make motorcycling more approachable, affordable and fun than ever before.” Our own Troy Siahaan is at the CTX700 models’ launch in Chicago and will have a full first-hand report next week, but for now here’s a quick look at Honda’s new streetbikes.
