2007 Honda VTX 1300 R retro low miles (2007)
I am selling my 2007 Honda VTX 1300R. It only has 1,864 on it. My uncle purchased it new and had it parked and covered in his garage for 4 years. When I purchased it 2 years ago, it only had 376 miles on it so I have only put about 1,500 miles on it in two years. I have two covers for it. One for the garage and one as a 1/2 travel cover outside if you want to keep the sun off of it. I had just purchased the second cover and have not used it yet. The only changes I made to the bike was adding a K & N filter and doing the Clayton Modification by drilling 6-7 holes into the rear of each pipe to make it a bit louder. It has always been garaged and covered. I just took it on a poker run 4 weeks ago and put a few hundred miles on it. It ran perfect. Mon, 21 Oct 2013Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.
2014 Honda CBR300R Specs Revealed
Fri, 18 Oct 2013Specifications for the 2014 Honda CBR300R have surfaced from CIMAMotor in Chongqing, China, where the new small-displacement sportsbike made its debut. Join the CBR 300 Forum According to the spec sheet, will be powered by a fuel-injected 286cc single-cylinder engine, with a bore of 76mm and 63mm stroke. Based on this, we surmise the engine is indeed based on the CBR250R’s engine which has a similar 76mm bore, but with a 55mm stroke.

2014 Honda CBR300R Announced for CIMAMotor Show

A new global model, the CBR300R will be produced in Thailand, likely using the same production lines for its predecessor the CBR250R which it will likely replace in most markets.

Mon, 14 Oct 2013Honda Project Leader Shunji Yokokawa's first Honda bike was a CB900, which he got when he was a teenager after seeing Freddie Spencer wheeling his way down the Laguna's Corkscrew.Yokokawa has been in the States himself recently, having travelled to the Bonneville Salt Flats to break a world land speed record for a stock 600cc motorcycle.According to the Southern California Timing Association website (you'd have thought the video might have mentioned something about the record?), Shunji was successful in his attempt during August's 'Speed Week', setting an official speed of 170.828mph onboard a CBR600RR.

Bonhams To Auction Bruce Smith Collection Of Original Illustrations

Each one will be signed by Smith on heavy cartridge paper. The collection is comprised of cutaway illustrations of a 1963 Royal Enfield Interceptor 750cc, Chris Vincent’s 1964 BSA 650cc A65 Race Outfit, and a 1966 Greeves Racer, the largest of this series being 45cm x 62cm.
