This is a 2007 model purchased out of the box new September 2009. Kelley Blue Book values at $6,995.00. Metallic Black paint. I am the only owner.  Comes with Batwing Fairing, also OEM Switchblade wind shield, OEM saddle bags, trickle battery charger, shop manual, performance exhaust. This is in excellent condition. Must see it to believe it. This is not a motorcycle for the beginner. The engine in one of the largest production street legal engines creating more power than could ever be needed. Honda to Compete in 2013 Dakar Rally

Honda announced it will enter a works team in the 2013 Dakar Rally‘s motorcycle class, returning to the event for the first time in 23 years. The Japanese manufacturer competed in the Rally from 1981 to 1989 when it was known as the Paris-Dakar Rally. Honda won five times during that period but then stopped entering its own team.

Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.

This news comes as the series has been quiet about TV coverage for this season.
